Elaboration of the organisational diagnosis in terms of gender equality in the entity, both at the level of quantitative and qualitative analysis (online survey).
Design and implementation of a visual monitoring and evaluation system to assess the degree of compliance with the actions defined in the Gender Equality Plan. In addition, elaboration of a user manual in order to know how to use and update this system.
Preparation, design and execution of tailor-made training, both in face-to-face and virtual format for the following trainings:
- Stages and tools to elaborate a gender diagnosis (10 hours)
- Wage gap: what is it, how to calculate it, causes, consequences and analysis indicators (10 hours)
Elaboration of the diagnosis on the entity’s pay gap and on the elaboration of the pay register.
