Training sessions for the Castelldefels City Council’s government team, councillors and section heads.
This training not only focused on how to eradicate androcentrism, sexism, racism, ableism and homophobia from written communication, but also emphasised the importance of inclusive non-verbal, visual and audiovisual communication.
The training was based on both theoretical content and practical exercises to consolidate the knowledge learnt throughout the course.
