After finishing my degree in Audiovisual Communication at the Universitat Pompeu Fabra, I wanted to broaden my knowledge of gender violence and lgtbifòbiques and I took two master’s degrees: Women, Gender and Citizenship Studies at the University of Barcelona (IIEDG) and International Studies in Media, Power and Diversity, at the Universitat Pompeu Fabra.
I am passionate about applied research from a gender and intersectional perspective, which is why I began my professional career as a research technician at CEIG (Centre for Interdisciplinary Gender Studies) where I was able to participate in European, national and regional projects. Subsequently, I worked as a coordinator of research programmes, evaluation of public policies and drafting of Local Prevention Plans.
I understand life from a social and community perspective. Therefore, I love to participate in activities outside the workplace that allow me to build a network with the people around me. I also enjoy dancing, music, manual activities such as cross stitch and meeting friends over a good cup of coffee.
