Consultancy and studies
We prepare studies, reports, equality plans and harassment protocols and provide training on gender equality and diversity for public bodies, private companies and third-sector organisations. Our methodology is adapted to the needs of each request, always from an intersectional and critical approach, where the different variables are crossed to obtain a diagnosis that enables us to design the most appropriate projects and actions. We support the communication and dissemination of the results of the research, diagnosis or strategic consultancy carried out, by means of graphic design, audiovisual production or other communication proposals.
We organise exhibitions and different kinds of events: conferences, workshops, presentations, internal and public workshops, and networking sessions on topics related to diversity, human rights, culture and gender equality. We have experience in carrying out face-to-face, virtual and hybrid events.
Measures for equality
In recent years, public bodies, private companies and third-sector entities have implemented different measures to advance gender equality within organisations. Being mandatory, equality plans are one of the best known tools but, for the LaGroc team, they are much more than that, because the implementation of equality indicators promotes the positive transformation of the organisational culture and the improvement of companies. Protocols against sexual harassment and discrimination based on sex, gender, sexual identity or orientation are also essential tools for ensuring a safe and healthy work environment. Strategic consultancy and advice
We offer strategic consultancy and advice on applying the gender and equal opportunities perspective in the design of projects, methodologies and actions, to reduce any discrimination or inequalities present. We handle the entire process: the collection and analysis of data, the socio-economic analysis of the organisation and the identification of current projects and key actions, the preparation of reports including the strategies, actions, conclusions and proposals, and subsequent evaluation. We provide advice to public bodies, private companies and third-sector organisations, based on permanent technical support and the definition of key actions, with the main objective of guiding and advancing in real equality between people of different origins, sexual identities, ages, functional diversity, etc.
Studies and reports
We carry out studies on social, economic and cultural issues, situations and problems, from a gender and intersectional perspective, aimed at public bodies, private companies and third-sector organisations. We conduct studies using different techniques and methodological tools, such as data collection, analysis and systematisation, and provide the results. We design the most appropriate tools to obtain qualitative data that allow us to optimise the analysis and to define conclusions and proposals.
We design cultural programming with a gender perspective, with a community and intersectional approach. We handle the design of the programming and the organisation of events such as conferences, workshops, networking sessions, etc., related to diversity, human rights and gender equality. We have a database of national and international experts in gender, equality and diversity for conferences, debates or training sessions, which we have built up over more than thirty years of experience in the sector.
We have extensive experience in the management of face-to-face and online events, as well as in providing the technical secretariat for conferences and congresses related to social issues, human rights, gender equality and diversity.
