The LAB Bonnemaison is a space of reference and innovation in the field of local public policies of gender of the Diputació de Barcelona, which aims to:
- Foster innovation in the design and creation of gender policies with a feminist, transformative and intersectional perspective
- Strengthen the skills, knowledge and abilities of elected women, leaders of the third sector, public administration and entrepreneurs
- Promote and strengthen spaces and networks of support, accompaniment and feminist political advocacy at the local level
One of the activities organized by the Bonnemaison Lab is the cycle of conversations that is a space for meeting, reflection, debate and exchange of views, from where you can reflect on thought and action to devise transformative, feminist and socially sustainable public policies.
Methodology
In this case, from LaGroc, we have supported at the level of technical council and coordination of the webinars within the cycle. For the correct execution, not only was the council executed on the day of the event, but also a whole work of accompaniment and previous sessions is done to collect the technical needs of the invited people and to verify that everything works correctly.
Conversation
Some of the conversations we have worked with are:
- Women leading infrastructures: with Cristina Moreno, General Director SEITT, and Sonia Corrochano, Director of Barcelona Airport, led by Xantal Llavina, they talked about their experience at the head of large infrastructures.
- Women leading science and technology: scientists Núria Salán, Maite Paramio, Inés Sánchez, Cristina Sáez joined us to talk about the situation and leadership of women in the scientific and technological field.
Finally, we also edited and edited the videos of the conferences and round tables in order to post these interesting conversations on the website.
